3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive DP810NS is a high-performance, two-part acrylic structural adhesive engineered for strong, durable bonding with reduced odor and improved workplace safety. This non-sag adhesive delivers excellent shear, peel, and impact strength while bonding a wide variety of materials with minimal surface preparation, including oily metals, plastics, composites, wood, and ceramics.

Designed for industrial manufacturing and assembly applications, 3M™ DP810NS combines the fast curing advantages of acrylic adhesives with a low-odor, non-flammable formulation that improves usability compared to traditional acrylic systems. Its toughened chemistry provides outstanding durability and resistance to vibration, shock, and environmental stress, making it ideal for demanding transportation, electronics, construction, and industrial applications.

The adhesive features a convenient 1:1 mix ratio with approximately 10 minutes of work life and handling strength achieved in about 20 minutes at room temperature. Its non-sag formulation resists running or slumping on vertical surfaces, allowing for precise application and clean bond lines in both manual and automated dispensing systems. Full cure is typically achieved within 8–24 hours depending on temperature and bond conditions.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP810NS bonds effectively to stainless steel, aluminum, composites, ABS, acrylic, PVC, polycarbonate, and many other substrates while maintaining excellent environmental and chemical resistance. Its ability to bond oily and minimally prepared metals can help reduce assembly time and simplify manufacturing processes.
