Outside Sales Representative

(Atlanta, Georgia Area)


Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding business opportunities within a designated territory. This role is focused on lead generation, prospecting, and converting new customer accounts, with a strong emphasis on developing long-term relationships and closing new business. The Sales Representative will report directly to a sales-related Director (e.g., Director of Sales, Director of Business Development, Director of Glass and Glazing) or other designated sales leadership and work closely with the Inside Sales, Estimating, and Engineering teams. This position requires frequent travel, including overnight stays, and the ability to consult with OEMs, manufacturers, and fabricators across a range of industries.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customer relationships through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Manage and grow a personal sales pipeline by owning the full sales cycle from lead identification to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across OEMs, window manufacturers, curtain wall manufacturers, transportation manufacturers and other key segments.
  • Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to customers based on application-specific needs.
  • Travel weekly to visit customer locations, build rapport, and support product integration and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Estimating, and Engineering to deliver accurate and compelling customer proposals.
  • Forecast territory sales and report on pipeline progress through regular CRM updates and sales meetings.
  • Present pipeline activity, key wins/losses, and market insights during internal sales meetings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and market conditions relevant to customer needs.
  • Ensure timely updates and accuracy of all activities and leads within the CRM system (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Other duties as assigned to support new customer growth and sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred, especially in manufacturing, OEM, or industrial product environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to technically demonstrate and explain product features and applications to varied audiences.
  • Self-driven and highly organized, capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including long drives and overnight stays.
  • Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and closing new business.

Machine Operator 2nd Shift

(Pennsylvania Facility)


Overview

Primarily self-directed, completing work orders through each step of the process from set up to completion.
Report directly to the Fabricating and Converting management team as well as working and interacting with
other departments including Shipping/Receiving.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Machine set up and break down
  • Safely and efficiently operate assigned machine and completing machine maintenance at required
    intervals
  • QC inspections as per procedures
  • Fill out work orders for completed jobs
  • Label and box finished parts
  • Package product when complete and prepare for shipping
  • Maintain, clean, and organize work area
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Windows OS
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment
  • Ability to work in changing warehouse temperatures and conditions, such as heat and humidity
  • Ability to work overtime based on production needs

Physical and Mental Requirements

Warehouse Personnel

(Wisconsin Facility)


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Shipping and Receiving materials, Inventory, Cleaning and product preservation inspection for assigned isle

Shipping

  • Stage product for LTL Deliveries, UPS, Fed Ex, Will Call Orders and TBP trucks. Create BOL slips for outgoing product.

Receiving

  • Receiving of product shipped in by carriers, UPS, Fed Ex, and TBP trucks

Inventory

  • Stocking Inventory received into warehouse

Qualifications

  • Minimum Requirement – High School
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Windows OS

Training Required

  • On The Job
  • Forklift, Reach Truck, and Order Picker Certification

Physical/Mental Requirements

  • Strength Guidelines: the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds from pallets to machines, with an approximate 4-5 ft lift parameter
  • Motion Parameters: the ability to stand for long periods of time. Typically, 8-10 hours per day. In addition, it is required to be able to operate a forklift
  • Vision and Hearing Requirements: This position requires the ability to work around loud noises and machinery
  • Work Environment: The ability to work in changing warehouse temperatures and conditions, such as heat and humidity
  • Emotional Demands: The ability to adapt quickly to changes in the daily routine and fast paced environment, multitask
  • Work Schedules: The ability to work overtime based on production needs, nights and weekends
