Connor Klotz, Regional Sales Manager

Connor Klotz has been a member of the TBP Converting team since 2013. Graduating from Northwestern State University with a BS, he has worked in Industrial Sales since 2011. Even though Connor has a wide range of product knowledge, covering almost every market, he specializes in architectural applications. When he’s not spreading his knowledge of curtain wall manufacturing or glass fabricating, you can find Connor riding his motorcycle.

Angela Hart, Regional Sales – AZ, Southern CA, Las Vegas

Angela Hart started as an intern here at TBP Converting in 2021, before graduating from Bloomsburg University with a B.S.B.A in Professional Sales and Marketing. She has been involved in multiple competitions during her undergraduate even ranking 1st. Angela joined the team full time working in Inside Sales and Marketing. Learning about the custom capabilities TBP has to offer. When Angela isn’t helping customers, you can find her traveling to a new place, hiking, or taking scenic pictures.

Mona Dawson, Regional Sales – MS, LA, North Texas

Mona Dawson has been a member of the TBP Converting team since July of 2022. Mona’s experience in the past has been with textile and sign adhesives, sublimation and heat transfer materials. Mona has vast experience is finding the best solutions for your needs no matter what industry you are in. Her specialty at TBP is in OEM foams, die cuts and bonding and sealing solutions for all things non architectural. Mona covers the Western USA and the northern portion of Texas for TBP Converting. When she is not out seeing customers, Mona enjoys riding horses and outdoors activities or helping others in some of her favorite philanthropic organizations.

Daniel Chavarria, Junior Sales Representative – South Texas

Daniel Chavarria joined the TBP Converting team in January 2025. A graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in Marketing, concentrating in B2B Sales, Daniel enjoys learning about the company’s wide range of solutions and capabilities. He is constantly asking questions to deepen his understanding and applies his genuine curiosity to his role. Having lived in Asia for ten years, he developed a strong passion for traveling and exploring new cultures. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him playing soccer or working on his golf swing.

Rick Hengst, Texas Facilities Manager

Rick Hengst has been a member of the TBP Converting team since 2012. Rick’s background and experience is in marketing with a specialization in Wood Products. Throughout his experiences at TBP he has become well acquainted with substrates, adhesives and bonding materials. If you need assistance or help finding the right product for your application, Rick is your first stop. When Rick is not helping our latest customer find their ideal tape, you can find him in any of our Philadelphia sports arenas catching the latest game or at his local fitness club playing a quick game of tennis.

Donny Rodriguez, Inside Sales Manager

Donny Rodriguez is a member of the TBP team with over 20 years of experience in the tapes and adhesives industry. He has built his career around helping customers solve real-world manufacturing challenges across industrial and architectural markets, delivering practical, application-driven solutions.

In addition to supporting key accounts, Donny plays an active role in coaching and training new sales representatives, helping them build strong fundamentals in prospecting, customer conversations, and solution-based selling. He is known for his practical approach, market knowledge, and commitment to long-term customer partnerships.

Outside of work, Donny makes time for recording music and enjoying time with his wife and daughter.

Ben Puza, Western Regional Sales Coordinator

Ben Puza joined the TBP Converting team in inside sales and marketing in 2022. Ben graduated from Bloomsburg University in May of 2022 with a degree in business focusing on sales and marketing. He is learning the details of TBP’s diverse range of products and applications. Ben is training specifically in OEM, HVAC, and transportation sales. Though sales is his first passion, Ben also finds time for hiking and traveling (but mostly sales).

Jordan Gernsbacher, Solutions Specialist

Jordan Gernsbacher started with TBP Converting as an intern, officially joining soon after in May 2024. With a broad range of skills from Integrational Studies and drive for growth from her Professional Selling cohort, Jordan strives to learn as much as she can to provide ideal solutions to the most unique circumstances in an ever-changing market. She focuses on OEM, Enclosure, and HVAC industries, and continues to expand her horizons to new markets. When not helping customers with bonding and sealing solutions, she unwinds by drawing, gaming, voice acting, and working out.

Katherine Karn, Solutions Specialist

Katherine began her journey at TBP as an intern in January 2025 and joined the team full time after graduating from the University of North Texas with a BBA in Marketing with a concentration in Professional Selling. She brings a strong passion for continuous learning and is excited to apply her curiosity and drive to deliver exceptional experiences for TBP’s customers. When she’s not sealing deals, Katherine enjoys staying active whether that’s working out, playing volleyball, basketball, or pickleball and values quality time with family and friends.

Mia Maldonado, Sales Engineer

Mia Maldonado joined the TBP Converting team in July 2025 after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Chemical Engineering. She is eager to expand her knowledge in elastomeric materials and apply her technical background to solving challenges in the OEM industry. Working closely with TBP’s fabrication team, Mia helps develop customized bonding and sealing solutions tailored to your needs.
