Zialoc ZPTFE Premium comes with an industrial grade fiberglass fabric impregnated with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion and coated with a pressure sensitive silicone adhesive that can sustain high heat ranges as noted in this data sheet.

Features & Benefits

Zialoc ZPTFE Premium is a very durable and versatile product. The combination of PTFE, fiberglass and high heat silicone adhesive ranges as noted in this data sheet intends Zialoc ZPTFE Premium to perform in continuous temperatures up to 260°C (500°F). Zialoc ZPTFE Premium is dimensionally stable and resistant to tears, punctures, abrasion and wear. It will not “cold flow” under heavy loads.

Availability

Zialoc ZPTFE Premium is available in 6 mil thickness (additional thicknesses available upon request) and widths from 6.35 to 991 mm (0.25 to 39 in). Standard roll length is 16 or 33 m long (18 or 36 yd). Zialoc ZPTFE Premium is available with or without a liner.
