tesa® ACXplus 7054 is a premium double-sided acrylic foam tape engineered for high-strength, permanent bonding of transparent and translucent materials. Featuring a 500 µm (0.5 mm) solid acrylic core, this tape delivers exceptional clarity, making it ideal for applications where an invisible bond line and clean aesthetics are essential—such as glass, acrylic, and clear plastic assemblies.

Part of the tesa® ACXplus High Transparency series, this tape is specifically designed to create seamless, optically clear bonds without compromising strength. The advanced pure acrylic adhesive system provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including glass, aluminum, and PMMA, while maintaining long-term performance in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The viscoelastic acrylic core enables outstanding stress distribution and shock absorption, allowing the tape to compensate for thermal expansion and contraction between bonded materials. This makes it particularly effective for bonding dissimilar substrates while maintaining structural integrity over time.

tesa® ACXplus 7054 also offers excellent resistance to temperature, UV exposure, humidity, and chemicals, ensuring durability in demanding environments. With short-term temperature resistance up to approximately 200°C (392°F) and long-term resistance up to 100°C (212°F), it performs reliably across a wide range of conditions.
