Zialoc ZPTFE Copper is a premium PTFE coated glass cloth tape engineered for severe industrial environments where durability, release performance, and heat resistance are critical. Manufactured with a copper fiberglass fabric impregnated with PTFE dispersion, this tape features a unique laminate construction that adds an additional 0.001” (1 mil) of PTFE across the entire surface, resulting in exceptional wear resistance and extended service life.

Unlike standard PTFE coated fiberglass tapes, Zialoc ZPTFE Copper delivers a uniform, pinhole-free release surface that outperforms thicker alternatives while maintaining dimensional stability. The silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive provides strong adhesion to steel and other substrates, even in continuous operating temperatures ranging from -100°F to +500°F.

Zialoc ZPTFE Copper is widely used as a release surface on heat sealers, blister packaging equipment, and form-fill machinery, particularly in high-production packaging environments. Its non-stick properties and resistance to abrasion, punctures, and tearing also make it ideal for lining guide rails, chutes, slides, platen covers, dry can covers, and composite aircraft manufacturing applications. Available in multiple widths, roll lengths, and with or without a liner, Zialoc ZPTFE Copper offers a reliable solution for demanding industrial release and wear applications.
