Zialoc ZPTFE Copper is a PTFE Coated Glass Cloth Tape. It comes with a copper fiberglass fabric impregnated with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion and coated with a pressure sensitive silicone adhesive that can sustain high heat ranges.

Features & Benefits

Zialoc ZPTFE Copper is a laminate construction offering an additional 0.001” (1 mil) of PTFE over the entire surface of the impregnated cloth, delivering a product with exceptional durability and longevity. The combination of uniform and pin-hole free film enables Zialoc ZPTFE Copper to outperform thicker PTFE-coated fiberglass tapes. Zialoc ZPTFE Copper is dimensionally stable and resistant to tears, punctures, abrasion and wear.

Availability

Zialoc ZPTFE Copper is available in 6 mil thickness (additional thickness available upon request) and widths from 6.35 to 914.4 mm (0.25 to 36 in). Standard roll length is 16 or 33 m long (18 or 36 yd). Zialoc ZPTFE Copper is available with or without a liner.
