3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Super Fast Instant Adhesive SF100 is a low-viscosity, ethyl-based cyanoacrylate designed for fast, reliable bonding across a wide range of substrates, including plastics, rubbers, metals, wood, leather, and cardboard. Unlike standard instant adhesives, SF100 relies less on surface moisture, allowing it to perform exceptionally well on acidic, porous, or slightly oily surfaces.
This super-fast adhesive achieves handling strength in just 10 seconds and reaches full cure in 24 hours, making it ideal for high-speed production environments. Once cured, it delivers excellent strength retention up to 212°F (100°C) and maintains over 75% of its initial strength at elevated temperatures.
