3M™ Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant Fast Cure 550 is a high-performance, one-component polyurethane adhesive sealant engineered for fast, flexible bonding and sealing in industrial, transportation, construction, and marine applications. This moisture-curing sealant forms durable elastomeric bonds that resist weather, vibration, thermal expansion, and harsh environmental conditions while maintaining long-term flexibility.

Designed to bond both similar and dissimilar materials, 3M™ Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant Fast Cure 550 adheres to plastics, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), sheet molding compound (SMC), aluminum, steel, coated metals, wood, glass, stone, and concrete. Its permanently elastic formulation helps absorb movement and stress between bonded surfaces, making it ideal for applications exposed to vibration and changing temperatures.

This fast-curing adhesive sealant forms a paintable skin in approximately 50–90 minutes, helping improve production efficiency and reduce assembly time. Its high-strength, weather-resistant performance allows it to replace mechanical fasteners and rivets in select applications while creating durable, watertight seals for indoor and outdoor use. The sealant performs reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°F to 194°F (-40°C to 90°C).
