3M™ Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant 560 is a premium, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive sealant engineered for demanding industrial and transportation applications requiring both strong adhesion and long-lasting flexibility. This single-component sealant forms permanently elastic bonds that resist vibration, shock, weather exposure, and thermal expansion, helping improve durability in harsh service environments.

Designed to bond a wide variety of materials, 3M™ Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant 560 adheres to plastics, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), sheet molding compound (SMC), aluminum, steel, coated metals, and wood. Its high-strength, gap-filling formulation allows manufacturers and fabricators to bond dissimilar materials while reducing or eliminating the need for mechanical fasteners and rivets in many applications.

With excellent UV resistance, high tensile strength, and permanent elasticity, this adhesive sealant performs reliably in challenging indoor and outdoor environments. The sealant skins over in approximately 50–60 minutes and can be painted after skin formation for a clean, finished appearance. It remains flexible across a broad operating temperature range from -40°F to 194°F (-40°C to 90°C), making it suitable for demanding industrial, transportation, and construction environments.
