3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odor Acrylic Adhesive DP8810NS is a high-performance, two-part structural acrylic adhesive engineered for fast, durable bonding in demanding industrial and commercial applications. This toughened, non-sag adhesive delivers excellent shear, peel, and impact strength while maintaining a low-odor, non-flammable formulation that helps create a safer and more comfortable work environment compared to traditional acrylic adhesives.
Designed for fast-paced assembly operations, 3M™ DP8810NS features a 10:1 mix ratio with approximately 10 minutes of work life and reaches structural strength significantly faster than many comparable acrylic adhesives. Its rapid strength build-up helps improve throughput and production efficiency while still allowing enough open time for part positioning and alignment during assembly.
The adhesive bonds a wide variety of substrates including metals, plastics, composites, powder-coated surfaces, wood, and other difficult-to-bond materials with minimal surface preparation. Its toughened acrylic chemistry provides long-term durability and resistance to vibration, shock, fatigue, and environmental stress, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP8810NS also features a non-sag formulation that resists running or slumping on vertical surfaces, helping maintain clean bond lines and precise application. Integrated spacer beads help control bond line thickness for consistent structural performance across assemblies.
