3M™ Marine Adhesive Sealant Fast Cure 4000 UV is a high-performance, one-component adhesive sealant engineered for durable marine bonding and sealing applications above and below the waterline. This moisture-curing sealant forms a firm, flexible, waterproof seal that withstands harsh marine environments including UV exposure, saltwater, vibration, and temperature changes.

Designed for long-term marine performance, 3M™ Marine Adhesive Sealant Fast Cure 4000 UV bonds effectively to fiberglass, gelcoat, aluminum, wood, painted surfaces, and many marine substrates. Its medium-strength formulation provides reliable adhesion while still allowing disassembly and repair when needed, making it an excellent alternative to permanent marine sealants in serviceable applications.

This fast-curing adhesive sealant features exceptional UV resistance and color stability, making it ideal for cosmetic sealing applications exposed to direct sunlight. Its non-sag, non-shrinking, and non-cracking formulation helps maintain clean, professional seals in demanding outdoor conditions. With a tack-free time of approximately 20–22 minutes and full cure in about 24 hours, it supports faster project turnaround and improved production efficiency.
