tesa® 75515 – Team 4965 Transfer 125µm / 5 mils is a double-sided tackified acrylic adhesive transfer tape designed for the most demanding bonding and lamination tasks. Featuring the industry-proven tesa® 4965 adhesive, this transparent, aging-resistant tape provides strong initial tack, excellent conformability, and long-term durability even on textured or irregular surfaces.
Its 125µm (5 mils) thickness makes it ideal for mounting foams, felts, fabrics, insulation, and flooring systems. The tape boasts exceptional humidity and temperature resistance (up to 392°F / 200°C short-term), and its construction is certified for UL 969 and ISO 10993-5/-10 (safe for skin contact). In line with tesa’s sustainability efforts, it features a biomass-balanced adhesive and a responsibly sourced liner with 30% recycled content.
