Sikasil®-728 NS is a one-component, neutral-cure silicone sealant engineered for demanding expansion joint and pavement sealing applications. Its ultra-low modulus elastomeric formulation provides exceptional flexibility and long-term durability in environments exposed to heavy traffic, extreme weather, and constant joint movement.

Designed specifically for infrastructure and construction applications, Sikasil®-728 NS is ideal for sealing highway joints, bridge joints, parking garages, stadiums, plaza decks, driveways, expansion joints, and saw-cut concrete joints. Its non-sag consistency allows for clean application on vertical and horizontal surfaces while maintaining excellent adhesion and movement capability.

The sealant bonds well to a wide range of substrates including concrete, steel, aluminum, masonry, brick, stone, granite, ceramic, and glass. In many applications, it achieves strong adhesion without the need for primer, helping simplify installation and reduce labor costs.

Sikasil®-728 NS is engineered to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations and dynamic joint movement, with movement capability rated up to +100% and -50%. Its neutral-cure silicone chemistry provides excellent UV resistance, long service life, and reliable flexibility in both hot and cold climates. The sealant is also resistant to road salts, jet fuel exposure, and harsh environmental conditions commonly encountered in transportation and infrastructure projects.
