Sikaflex®-11 FC is a one-component polyurethane adhesive and sealant engineered for high-performance bonding and flexible sealing applications across construction, industrial, and general assembly environments. Its dual-purpose formulation combines the strength of an adhesive with the flexibility of an elastomeric sealant, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of interior and exterior applications.

This moisture-curing polyurethane compound delivers permanent elasticity and excellent adhesion to many common construction materials, including concrete, masonry, brick, ceramics, glass, metals, wood, epoxy, polyester, and acrylic surfaces. Its fast-curing formula helps support efficient installation while maintaining durable long-term performance in demanding environments.

Sikaflex®-11 FC is commonly used for sealing joints, bonding lightweight construction materials, securing roof tiles, attaching floor moldings, sealing ducts and tanks, and assembling door and window frames. Its flexible elastomeric properties help absorb vibration, movement, and thermal expansion while maintaining strong adhesion and weather-resistant sealing performance.

The product offers excellent resistance to water, weathering, weak acids, weak alkalis, oils, and many environmental conditions. It is also paintable after curing and features a non-corrosive formulation suitable for a variety of construction and industrial substrates. Certified to ASTM C920 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 standards, Sikaflex®-11 FC is approved for use in potable water applications and other demanding sealing environments.
