Sikalastic®-888 is a two-component, solvent-free pure polyurea membrane system engineered for high-performance waterproofing and protective coating applications. Designed for spray application using plural component equipment, this 100% solids membrane delivers extremely fast curing and rapid return-to-service times, making it ideal for projects that require speed, durability, and long-term protection.

Developed for demanding construction, infrastructure, and industrial environments, Sikalastic®-888 provides outstanding waterproofing performance for bridge decks, parking structures, walkways, balconies, submerged structures, containment areas, and wastewater treatment facilities. Its seamless elastomeric membrane creates a durable protective barrier that helps resist water intrusion, abrasion, and chemical exposure in harsh service conditions.

The flexible polyurea formulation offers excellent crack-bridging capabilities while maintaining strong mechanical performance across a broad temperature range. Sikalastic®-888 performs reliably in constant dry temperatures from approximately -30°C to +100°C and can be applied in varying environmental conditions, supporting year-round installation flexibility.

Its high abrasion resistance and chemical resistance make it suitable for industrial flooring, secondary containment systems, tank linings, and water-retaining structures where long-term durability is critical. The membrane can also be applied over concrete and certain foam substrates, expanding its versatility across waterproofing and protective coating applications.

Sikalastic®-888 is approved for potable water applications in select formulations and is designed to provide long-lasting waterproofing performance with minimal downtime during installation.
