PORON® 4701-60 is a very firm, high-density microcellular polyurethane foam engineered for applications that require increased support, durability, and sealing strength. Compared to softer PORON® grades, it provides greater resistance to compression, making it ideal for gasketing, cushioning, and energy management in more demanding environments.

Its firm structure allows it to maintain consistent thickness and performance under load, helping ensure reliable sealing against dust, moisture, and air infiltration. At the same time, it delivers excellent vibration damping and shock absorption, protecting components from mechanical stress and impact.

Designed for long-term performance, PORON® 4701-60 offers outstanding resistance to compression set and material breakdown. This allows it to recover its shape after repeated use, reducing maintenance and extending product lifespan.
