Nick Hudson, Outside Sales

Nick has been a member of TBP Converting upon graduating from West Chester University in 2015.  He started in the inside sales/marketing department then moved his way up to outside sales and relocated to Chicago.  When working with Nick, you will find that he acts as an extension of your business and is always looking to help his clients with all their bonding and sealing needs.  Nick has extensive knowledge of many industries including commercial construction, home appliances, window & door and commercial vehicles.  Outside of work, you can find Nick in the gym or working on his golf game.

Aaron Strodthoff, Marketing & Sales

Aaron is a Green Bay, WI native and a graduate of Saint Norbert College. Aaron joined the TBP team in 2020 to manage our Milwaukee facility. Additionally, since 2021, Aaron has also been our Sika Adhesive Specialist. In this role, he partners with customers and Sika’s technical resources to address demanding applications that require a high-level of support. He is also a certified forklift driver and CPR trained. The combination of these skills, product knowledge and Midwest swagger make him a great asset to our team and to our customers. When he is not solving production problems, he enjoys cheering for the Packers, outdoor activities, and playing sports.
