tesa® 75507 – Team 4965 Transfer 75µm / 3 mils is a high-performance, transparent tackified acrylic transfer tape engineered for precision bonding of lightweight materials and flexible substrates. With its thicker 75µm profile, it delivers enhanced conformability and higher adhesive strength than thinner alternatives.
Equipped with the industry-trusted tesa® 4965 adhesive system, this tape offers excellent initial tack, very good resistance to humidity and temperature extremes (up to 392°F / 200°C short-term), and consistent adhesion across materials such as ABS, PVC, steel, and PET. It’s UL 969 certified, ISO 10993-compliant for skin contact, and tested for low VOC emissions (per VDA 278), making it ideal for automotive, electronics, textile, and general industrial applications.
