Surface Guard® PolyMask Protective Film 2AU26B UV is a co-extruded, medium adhesion protective film. Features UV resistance of up to 3 months for temporary surface protection.

Features

• UV resistant film backing and non-corrosive, acrylic adhesive for stable performance and clean removal based on short term accelerated lab testing data. It is strongly recommended that user evaluate UV performance on actual substrate under conditions of use. Pre-qualification testing at SG PolyMask may not predict actual results obtained under customer process, environmental conditions and use on specific substrates, so customer qualification testing and evaluation are required prior to use.
• Surface protection against dust, dirt and moderate abrasion encountered in handling & shipping.

Application Ideas

• Aluminum and vinyl windows and frames.
• For painted or bare metals requiring short term UV protection.
• Painted metal roofing and building panels.
• General – smooth semi-gloss cultured marble, high pressure laminates.
• Metals – 2B #3 and #4 finish stainless steel.
• Painted – smooth semi-gloss.
• Plastics – smooth semi-gloss.
