Surface Guard® PolyMask Protective Film 2A804 is a co-extruded, very low adhesion protective film designed for a variety of surface protection applications.

Features

• Effective in many outdoor applications for up to 3 days.
• Surface protection against dust, dirt, scratches and abrasion encountered in processing, handling, shipping and storage.
• Stable adhesion levels resulting in good removability.
• SG PolyMask proprietary high performance film with higher abrasion resistance vs. many typical thicker gauge films, offering good clarity, excellent conformability for hand and machine applied applications.
• Increased break strength for easier removability without tearing or slivering.

Application Ideas

• General – LCD screens, glass, polycarbonate, high-gloss laminates.
• Metals – #7 and #8 finish, highly polished stainless steel.
• Painted – smooth high /mirror – gloss.
