Saint-Gobain® Norseal® V740 Series is a firm, closed-cell PVC foam tape engineered for applications requiring greater compression resistance and durability. Compared to softer foam grades, it provides higher strength and improved resistance to wear, making it ideal for more demanding sealing environments.

Its denser foam structure allows it to maintain sealing performance under higher loads while effectively blocking air, dust, moisture, and noise. The pressure-sensitive adhesive backing enables easy installation and reliable adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

The V740 Series also offers excellent resistance to environmental conditions, including weathering, temperature fluctuations, and exposure to the elements. Its firm composition makes it well-suited for applications where increased compression force and abrasion resistance are required.

Common applications include industrial enclosures, transportation, HVAC systems, and construction assemblies where long-term durability and strong sealing performance are critical.
