3M™ VHB™ Tape 4905 is a premium clear double-sided acrylic foam tape engineered to deliver strong, permanent bonding for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. With a 0.020 inch (0.5 mm) thick solid acrylic core, this high-performance tape provides exceptional adhesion to high surface energy substrates such as metals, glass, painted surfaces, and many plastics.

Designed for both strength and aesthetics, the crystal-clear construction makes it ideal for bonding transparent or translucent materials where a virtually invisible fastening solution is required. It effectively replaces traditional mechanical fasteners like rivets, screws, and welds, eliminating the need for drilling, grinding, or refinishing while maintaining a smooth, clean surface finish.

3M™ VHB™ 4905 features a pressure-sensitive adhesive that bonds on contact, providing immediate handling strength and building to full bond strength over time.
