3M™ VHB™ Tape Max Promoter has been developed to ensure optimal performance with 3M™ VHB™ Tape Max forces on a variety of medium and high surface energy substrates. This promoter can be applied with a wetted towel, dauber bottle, brush, or swab to ensure targeted coverage without waste.
