3M™ VHB™ Tape RP+040GF is a versatile, double-sided acrylic foam tape engineered for strong, permanent bonding in a wide variety of industrial applications. At just 0.016 in (0.4 mm) thick, it provides a low-profile solution while maintaining excellent strength and durability.

Featuring a multi-purpose acrylic adhesive on both sides, this tape bonds effectively to high and medium surface energy materials such as metals, glass, plastics, and painted surfaces. Its conformable foam core helps accommodate slight surface irregularities, ensuring consistent contact and reliable adhesion.
