Die-cutting
Die-cutting is the process of creating finished goods from raw materials. These raw materials can be nearly any combination of adhesives, rubbers, foam, and liners to create an easy-to-use finished product. TBP employs various cutting methods, allowing us to create a full variety of products.
Our capabilities allow us to craft: Prototype designs in less than 48 hours, low-cost high-speed production for cost-sensitive products and oversized products for parts large enough to fit on a pallet. We also have a large selection of equipment that allows us to craft a wide range of materials including plastics, rubber, foams, adhesive tapes, neoprene sponge, EPDM sponge, silicone foam, PVC foam, Poron foams, Bisco foams, Saint-Gobain foams, Kore, Urethane, NorBond Adhesives Tapes, 3M VHB Tapes.
