Steve Walker has been a member of the TBP Converting team since 2007. In his years at TBP, Steve has progressed from working in our warehouse as an order fulfillment staff member, to a valued customer service team member and now in his current position as Shipping & Receiving Manager. Steve’s experience, across multiple departments and roles, allows him to truly understand every aspect of TBP. This ability allows him to properly anticipate customer needs – which enables him to ensure your materials go out on time, every time. When Steve is not busy taking on an order, you can find him enjoying a drink with some friends while catching the latest sporting event on TV.

Jess Laverty has been a member of the TBP Converting team since 2006. In her years as a member of our customer service staff, Jess has established herself as a reliable and trusted partner for many of TBP’s top customers. In addition to this, Jessica also coordinates our slitting and die-cutting schedules for our production staff. When Jess is not diligently trying to keep her customers happy, she can be found running & playing with her dog Cooper or in her kitchen cooking a gourmet meal.

Lisa Torre has been a member of the TBP Converting team since 2007. In her time with TBP, Lisa has added multiple layers of responsibility into her portfolio of experience. She is also responsible for day to day accounting, costing and human resources. When Lisa is not working, you can find her with her Havanese dogs Pippa and Elvis, training them in obedience, agility and confirmation.

Kristen’s experience and foresight also allows her to be an efficient and effective purchasing manager. When not spending her time at TBP, Kristen can be found at the beach in Ocean City, NJ playing with her two Yorkshire Terriers.

Tammy has been a member of the TBP team since 2002. Tammy is one of the founding members of the TBP team, and has been a staple amongst our staff since her earliest days in inside sales and customer service. In her time she has progressed through multiple roles, and has found a home as our operations specialist. Her job includes optimizing the reporting and production software that TBP uses for its day to day operations. In addition to these activities, Tammy is a member of our ISO management team. When not working on our next ISO procedure, you can find Tammy spending time with her family & friends at home, watching a good movie.

Pam graduated from the University of Miami in 1993, receiving a BBA. Pam handles Accounts payable/receivable, customer invoices, and audits all expense reports. As much as Pam enjoyed spending 11 years as a stay-at-home mom, she enjoys working at our wonderful company much more. When Pam isn't crunching the numbers at TBP, you can find her traveling the world, cooking, golfing, or watching her son play sports and enjoy his teenage years.
